Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country to use the App on your own. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use of the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Restrictions

1. Do not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works except where non-waivable law allows it.
2. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law expressly permits it.
3. Do not remove trademarks, notices, or attributions.
4. Do not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.
5. Do not use bots, scripts, macros, memory editors, or unofficial clients with the App.
6. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or circumvent technical protections or purchase verification.
7. Do not interfere with the App, third-party services, or applicable laws and platform policies.

4. Content, Ownership, and Intellectual Property

The App, including code, binaries, art, puzzles, sounds, UI, logos, and the Slide Cafe and z6type names, remain the exclusive property of z6type and its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The App may offer Premium, Ad-Free, hint packs, and other virtual items. These purchases are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Non-consumables may be restorable on the same Apple ID or Google account.
• Refunds must be requested through the platform that processed the purchase.
• Where subscriptions are offered, cancellation and renewal rules are governed by the platform and local law.

6. Advertising

The App is partially funded by advertising served through Google AdMob and mediated networks. Users with Ad-Free or Premium entitlements do not see standard banners or interstitials, while rewarded ads remain optional if offered.

Choices regarding personalized advertising are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates, Changes, and Discontinuation

We may release patches, updates, or new versions of the App and may change, suspend, or discontinue features or virtual items. Where required by law and feasible, notice will be provided for material permanent discontinuation.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, and Expo / EAS. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The App and all virtual items are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, z6type is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold z6type harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or violation of law.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them by uninstalling the App and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, if continued access creates legal or security risk, or if required by law or platform policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide stronger protection.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Before filing a formal claim, contact us first and allow a reasonable informal resolution period.
• EU users may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
• US users may be subject to individual-claim and class-action-waiver rules to the extent permitted by law.
• Nothing here removes rights granted by mandatory local consumer law.

16. Apple-Specific Additional Terms

1. These Terms are between you and z6type, not Apple.
2. The license is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple's usage rules.
3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
4. Apple may refund the purchase price where required, but has no further warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law.
5. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

17. Miscellaneous

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable platform terms form the entire agreement.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a lawful transfer.
• English is the controlling language except where local law requires otherwise.
