Terms of Service for Slide Cafe – Word Game

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and the independent developer operating under the z6type brand, which develops and publishes Slide Cafe – Word Game (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

z6type is a brand used by an independent developer and is not an incorporated legal entity. These Terms supplement the standard end user license and store terms of the platform where you obtained the App.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country to use the App on your own. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use of the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2.1 Apple-specific licensing

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the license is limited as set out in Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2.2 Google Play-specific licensing

If you obtained the App from Google Play, use is also governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and related distribution terms to the extent they apply to end users.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works except where non-waivable law allows it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law expressly permits it.
Remove trademarks, notices, or attributions.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.
Use bots, scripts, macros, memory editors, or unofficial clients with the App.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or circumvent technical protections or purchase verification.
Interfere with the App, third-party services, or applicable laws and platform policies.

4. Content, Ownership, and Intellectual Property

The App, including code, binaries, art, puzzles, sounds, UI, logos, and the Slide Cafe and z6type names, remain the exclusive property of z6type and its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you.

4.1 Public nicknames and player safety

Player-chosen nicknames may appear publicly in leaderboards and leagues. You must not use a nickname that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, impersonating, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Players can report an inappropriate nickname and hide or show another player's nickname in their own league view. A reported or hidden nickname is immediately masked as ****** for that player. We may mask, reset, or remove nicknames and may restrict access to online features where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, or comply with platform rules or law.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The App may offer the non-consumable Slide Cafe Pro product, consumable diamond packs, and other virtual items. The available catalog may change. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play, while RevenueCat is used to retrieve product information, validate transactions, manage entitlements, and restore eligible purchases. A pseudonymous Supabase user ID may be used as the RevenueCat App User ID so the App and our backend can verify the correct entitlement without collecting direct account contact information.

5.1 Nature of virtual items

Virtual items are licensed, not sold.
Virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Refunds must be requested through the platform that processed the purchase.
A refund, chargeback, cancellation, or revoked transaction may cause the associated entitlement or virtual item to be removed where permitted by law and platform rules.

5.2 Restore behavior

Slide Cafe Pro and other eligible non-consumables may be restored through the App's restore flow when the applicable store and RevenueCat confirm the entitlement.
Consumable purchases, including diamond packs, are not normally restored by Apple App Store or Google Play after they have been delivered. A remaining balance may reappear through a supported cloud save or platform backup, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Consumed virtual currency, hints, rewards, or other consumable content is not restored.
Store-account changes, platform limitations, network availability, fraud checks, or incomplete transaction history may affect restoration. Contact support if an eligible purchase cannot be restored.

5.3 Subscriptions

The current catalog does not include an auto-renewing subscription. If subscriptions are offered in a future version, cancellation, renewal, pricing, and billing rules will be shown in the App and/or store purchase sheet and will be governed by the applicable store and local law.

5.4 Purchase verification

The App may verify entitlements through the RevenueCat SDK and through an authenticated Supabase backend function that queries RevenueCat. A locally cached entitlement may be used temporarily when the network or verification service is unavailable so previously validated purchase benefits remain recognized. This cache does not make offline gameplay a paid or Slide Cafe Pro-only feature; offline gameplay is available regardless of Slide Cafe Pro status. You may not manipulate receipts, user identifiers, local storage, network traffic, or other technical measures to obtain or retain an entitlement that has not been validly purchased.

6. Advertising

The App may be funded in part by advertising served through Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Users with Slide Cafe Pro or another applicable ad-free entitlement do not see standard interstitial advertising, while rewarded ads remain optional if offered.

Choices regarding personalized advertising are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates, Changes, and Discontinuation

We may release patches, updates, or new versions of the App and may change, suspend, or discontinue features, online services, or virtual items. Online features such as anonymous authentication, leaderboards, leagues, cloud save, analytics, advertising, and purchase verification require third-party services and an internet connection. Where required by law and feasible, notice will be provided for material permanent discontinuation.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Supabase for pseudonymous authentication, database, cloud save, leaderboards, and backend functions; RevenueCat for purchase validation and entitlements; Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for analytics and diagnostics; Google AdMob for advertising; Apple App Store and Google Play Billing for payments; and Expo / EAS for build and update infrastructure. 9. Disclaimers

The App and all virtual items are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, z6type is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold z6type harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or violation of law.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them by uninstalling the App and ceasing use. Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete pseudonymous backend, leaderboard, cloud-save, RevenueCat, analytics, or store transaction records; deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your license or access to online features if you breach these Terms, if continued access creates legal or security risk, or if required by law or platform policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide stronger protection.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, contact us first and allow a reasonable informal resolution period.
If you are a consumer, you may also use any alternative dispute-resolution body or other remedy available under the mandatory laws of your country.
US users may be subject to individual-claim and class-action-waiver rules to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing here removes rights granted by mandatory local consumer law.

16. Apple-Specific Additional Terms

These Terms are between you and z6type, not Apple.
The license is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple's usage rules.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Apple may refund the purchase price where required, but has no further warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable platform terms form the entire agreement.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a lawful transfer.
English is the controlling language except where local law requires otherwise.

By using Slide Cafe – Word Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
